Refund policy

Capital Hair Products wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive exchange and refund service. 

If you receive your product(s) and for any reason are unsatisfied then you can return them for a full refund (minus delivery costs, if any were incurred) within seven (7) days.  Our only requirement is that the item(s) reach us unused, unopened and in saleable condition. 

Email us at order@capitalhairproducts.com and let us know what product(s) you will be returning.  Capital Hair Products cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process.  Once we have received the item(s), a refund will be processed within 14 days.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges.  You have to make a return and then place a new order.
